For any authenticity claim please provide an official letter from the brand or third party authentication (eg. entrupy etc) that states the item you purchased is not authentic with reference to the product serial number. This letter must be provided, together with the item send back to us, at customer expenses ,within 7 days from the date of purchase, before we proceed with a refund.
