A springtime specialty with a refreshing scent reminiscent of sakura mochi, that complements both Japanese and Western sweets, (Only available in limited quantity)

The design of this year’s package is based on the theme of “kacho-fugetsu” (flower, bird, wind, moon), the traditional themes and appreciation of natural beauty in Japanese aesthetics. Using traditional patterns of yuzen (designs originally used in textiles) and chiyogami (Edo-period designs on paper) in a curved background that resembles a hillside, the design depicts glorious cherry blossoms dancing gently in the breeze, representing spring’s warmth and tenderness in natural sunlight.
