A large sized bottle of soy sauce from one of Japan’s oldest producers. Wadakan soy sauce is traditionally brewed, has a full bodied and savoury flavour, and is made with distilled alcohol to give it a strong distinctive taste.

How to use
There is an endless variety of different ways that soy sauce can be used in Japanese cuisine.
As a base for sauces such as teriyaki.
Mixed with dashi soup stock to create a rich noodle soup.
Mixed with wasabi to create a dip for sushi and sashimi.
