Directions:
- Dispense and apply an appropriate amount to skin and gently spread evenly.
- Avoid getting product into eyes and mouth and discontinue if any irritation or redness occurs.
Dr J’s Tips:
- Best to use at the end of every morning routine either alone as a moisturiser or after you’ve used any toners and treatment serums, but before applying any makeup.
- If you anticipate you will be sweating a lot, or participating in water activities, consider re-applying at least every 2-4 hours or as needed to maintain hydration and protect your skin barrier.
- Please remember to ensure you have adequate sun-protection throughout the day, even on overcast days (UV radiation don’t care about them clouds) or days spent mainly indoors (Incidental UV exposure through windows, from walking briefly outdoors, or from reflected UV can still accumulate and damage your skin).
